Chief Executive Officer
Johannes is a successful entrepreneur, community leader and humanitarian. He is also the owner of Ziebarth Electrical Contractors and brings considerable experience in project management, market development, strategic partnering, international business, and manufacturing.



Chief Technical Officer
Pierre invented the drivetrain and motor-generator technologies that form the cornerstone of ZEC Wind Power’s advantage. He has more than 25 years of hands-on experience with industrial-grade motor design and fabrication, power generation systems, and as a business owner and entrepreneur.



Director of Engineering
Georges leads the engineering team. He is a mechanical engineer whose research has focused on small and medium wind turbine controls, structural calculations and system controls for the Z75 Wind Turbine. He won the University of Ottawa’s prestigious 2010 Technology Venture Challenge award as well as the first place prize in the Strat 24 team competition.



Chief Legal Officer
Marc has over 18 years of legal advisory, capital raising and financial structuring experience in Africa, Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America and the United States. He has acted as an executive and advisor to governments, companies, and private equity funds around the world. Currently, he is focused on projects of infrastructure, security, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). He has 2 LLB (Law) degrees, an MBA and an MSc.



Senior Mechanical Engineer
Michael is a specialist in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) with extensive experience in condition monitoring. As a senior member of the engineering team, Michael uses his experience in CFD, FEA simulation, and designing condition monitoring systems to set-up sophisticated simulations that allow us to predict the performance of our designs.
